PSA Photo-Club
The Photography Club offers its members a chance to improve their photography through regular assignments and member classes, gain greater technical knowledge, share their experience and learn from others, go on regular photo walks, trips and tours. Members will be able to exhibit their work, share critique and be part of a vibrant community of like minded people sharing their passion for photography. Most Club Nights start from 7.00PM and last two hours or more. Weekend activities start at 2.00PM and last until around 6.00PM unless otherwise stated. If people miss an evening or weekend activity it will be repeated or something similar to it will be repeated at another time. New activities will be added on a regular bases many of which will be discussed and decided at Club Meetings.

Thonburi Photo-Walk: Meet at the school 2.00PM: This is an old favorite of Jonathan's, we will walk to the public ferry at River City and cross over to the Thonburi side of town to start the walk. The walk follows a set of small Sois and will give you the opportunity to get great lifestyle photographs.

Photo Clinic & Group Critique- 7.00PM Onwards:
Tonight we will see your work from last Saturday's photo walk and you will also be given the month's photography assignment. If there is time we can see a VDO covering a photographer's work or technical knowledge.

Today we will explore the Lung Of Bangkok, not a pretty name but a quite amazing place. We head of to a small ferry near Klong Toey Port. Once across the river make our way to a most quite nature sanctuary.If you are into nature photography primarily birds from the photography platform then this place is for you. Or just come for a nice day out is is rather surpassingly nice there.

| Possible Luang Prabang Rice Harvet Group Photography Trip |

Luangprabang Rice Harvest 29th of October 2009
This is an opportunity to photograph the yearly rice harvest of Luang Prabang Northern Laos. The trip will be a small group photography tour, with targeted assignments and evening photo-critique. There will of course be a fee for your accommodation, travel arrangements and for Jonathan's expenses. Photography Club members will get a hearty discount though. The price for the trip depends on numbers but if you are interested in joining us please let Jonathan know.

Morning Call
Luang Prabang is famous for its monks collecting alms in huge long lines each morning. Beautiful to photograph if you can wake up for it. The monks start their daily walk at 5.30AM. Photograph them on at least one of the day's you can.

River trip down the Mekong, visiting remote hill tribe villages. Excellent for photographing the river life of various ethnic minority villagers. Critique later that evening.

Visit an amazingly beautiful waterfall on the way to photography of hilltribe tribe farmers bring in the rice harvest. Stunning views can be seen while you photograph the farmers on the remote hill sides of Northern Laos. Photo-critique for the day's pictures plus your morning monk pictures will be in the evening.

Photo Club Night and picture critique, hopefully you are getting used to the format by now. We will see people's pictures from the Lao tour, if anyone comes with me. Then the usual photo-clinic. November's activities will flesh out further nearer the time, as mentioned this is an interactive club and you feedback will be essential in organizing great activities.

Sunday the 7th of November 2009
Photography walk day, along the track of the vibrant railway line from the end of Petchburi Road to Makasan Railway Station you will discover and whole new world to photograph. Including a Muslim community, boxing gym, Cock fighting birds and a man who keeps goats for some reason. There is something new to discover every time this walk is taken.
